John Pallotta DDS

One of the best features of the practice of John R. Pallotta, DMD, is that it’s truly a family practice, and it has been for over 45 years. Dr. John Pallotta has been in private practice since 2002. He is proud to treat the adult children of patients who formerly received their dental care from his father, and he has recently started seeing the third generation of patients when those adults bring in their little ones.

This is a tribute to his father, now retired.

We offer you two generations of continuity as dental healthcare providers. Our patients become like family to us. We get to know you over the years, and you get to know us. In our office, you’ll find a commitment to dental health and continuity of care in a comfortable, secure environment.

When you first meet Dr. John R. Pallotta, you’ll find yourself greeted by his warm smile and hearty handshake. During a consultation with Dr. Pallotta — whether it is for a regularly scheduled cleaning or more extensive work — his honesty, expertise and precision will become apparent to you. You will see why Dr. Pallotta has such a loyal group of satisfied patients. You can expect a warm welcome and an ongoing commitment to your dental health when you step through the door of our office.

Dr. Pallotta generous nature led him to run a non-profit dental clinic for 10 years, only recently stepping away to focus on his growing family. Dr Pallotta married his longtime girlfriend of seven years Megumi and the beautiful couple tied the knot in March of 2024. The couple is enjoying newlywed life while raising their two pugs Mack and Mona. When he is not practicing dentistry Dr. Pallotta enjoys working out, spending time with his family and friends, and enjoying a nice dinner out on the town with his lovely wife.

Office Manager

Natalie

Natalie is Dr. Pallotta’s office manager and has been involved in management and consulting in the dental field since 2004. Natalie has worked with many offices along the east coast from Florida to Massachusetts, joining Dr. Pallotta’s team in 2022. Dr. Pallotta’s kind and gentle demeanor with patients and staff makes coming into work an enjoyable experience.

She enjoys working with patients to understand their needs and helping them to feel comfortable in a dental office setting. She enjoys building relationships with the patients as well as the staff. She can help with all insurance questions, scheduling appointments, as well as explaining the financial side of dental treatment plans to give the patient a better understanding of their dental benefits and how to get them to work to benefit the patients.

In her free time Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, yoga, paddleboarding, gardening in the summer and ice skating in the winter.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Rogerio

Rogerio completed an associate degree in dental hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College in 2003 and achieved his certification in local anesthesia from Boston University in 2006.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Brenda

Brenda joined Dr. Pallotta’s practice in 2022 and has been a wonderful addition to our hygiene department. She has worked as a hygienist for almost four decades working over 30 years in Charlestown. Her bubbly personality and contagious laugh helps the patients feel comfortable while in her chair.

She attended Middlesex Community College to obtain her hygiene license and has been making patients smile ever since. Brenda enjoys meeting new patients and educating them regarding their oral health.

When she is not practicing hygiene Brenda enjoys traveling, Boston sports and going out to dinner with her husband & father. During the summer months you can find Brenda at her lake house enjoying the water and fresh air alongside her family and friends.

Certified Dental Assistant

Joann

Joann has been a part of our family since 2004 even assisting Dr. Pallotta’s father prior to his retirement. She assists Dr. Pallotta in all areas of dentistry, including patient care and comfort, maintaining OSHA standards, and keeping us up to date on equipment sterilization techniques.

As well as completing continuing education yearly to keep up with the latest in dentistry. Her calming demeanor and sense of humor helps the patients feel comfortable during all dental procedures whether big or small. During her tenure, she has built close relationships with our patients, and thanks to her they feel like family.

In her free time Joann enjoys spending time with her family and her grandchildren which makes her heart smile. She loves doing arts and crafts her favorite is knitting. The beach is where Joann feels most at peace while collecting sea glass for her many crafts. Vacationing in Maine is one of her favorite things to do in the summertime where she can walk the beaches and enjoy the small-town charm.
