"I have had a lot of different dentists over the years but I can safely say that I have found one I will be sticking with. I first came to Dr. Pallotta's office because my previous dentist was quoting me for some very invasive and expensive work on a potential root canal. John took an x-ray, disagreed with the previous dentist's observations and filled my cavity. Right off the bat he saved me pain, anxiety, and money. I have a lot of dental issues for various reasons including improper brushing techniques (working on that!) and having a poor PH balance in my mouth.. no judgement from him or the assistants. They truly want to find the most affordable and painless way for you to take back your dental health and regain your smile. I highly recommend - 5 stars, hands down."

"Dr Pallotta and his staff were great to me. I am from out of town and was referred to his office for an emergency. It could not have gone better. They squeezed me in immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Pallotta figured out my issue quickly and did the complete fix for me, rather than patching something together for me to have to deal with again, later. He was very clear about the choices I had to address my problem and helped me navigate my decisions. He was patient with my 'nervous dental patient syndrome' (a name I made up to describe myself at the dentist) which is really important to me. The front office staff was super helpful scheduling my follow up appointment which was not easy, given my short stay in the area. Given that I had to have a dental problem while staying in the area for a week, I was very lucky that I found Dr Pallotta's office. It was a 100% positive experience for me."

Four year later I'm still with Dr Pallotta, I recently had 2 crowns replaced. Not something I was looking forward to. "In terms of cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Pallotta is one of the best dentists in the Greater Boston area. If you ever find yourself in Massachusetts and in or near Boston, he is worth seeing. I found myself in the city for work last month and he was highly rated on Google and Yelp, so I made an appointment with Dr. Pallotta to fix my broken veneer. He was not only able to see me immediately, it was only a 20 minute drive from where I was, and there was no wait at this office. His dental assistant was extremely nice and was able to talk me out of my nerves. Since I had never broken a veneer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Pallotta was very knowledgable and able to fix my veneer. I swear it looks better than before. Highly recommend this dentist for cosmetic work and anything dental related!"

"I went to Dr. Pallotta's office to have a crown done but my first appointment with the office was an exam and cleaning. Everyone in the office was really nice. The hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable. I've been getting a bruised looking lump on my lip for years and other offices never seemed to know what it was but the hygienist knew exactly what it was and explained why I get them and what to do. Dr. Pallotta was really nice with a calm personality. I hate getting needles so when he had to numb me I was really nervous. When he was done I just had to tell him 'YOU ARE AMAZING'. I never felt the needle at all. Seriously! The woman at the front desk said he is known for that. My crown work is done and I am very pleased. Thank you Dr. Pallotta and staff!"
